Women in Engineering (WinE) KNUST - SheCodes Club

Women in Engineering, Ghana (WinE) is a Group of Strategic Interest established in accordance with Article 4.6.2 of the Constitution and Byelaws of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) with a mission to empower females in the study and practice of engineering. The specific objectives include:

- Promoting the study and practice of engineering amongst women in KNUST.

- Ensuring the provision of equal opportunities for both genders in their pursuit of engineering careers in Ghana.

- Providing a support network for women in engineering.

- Providing a unified, representative voice for women on issues relating to women in engineering.
